We produce our own very dry reference gas and use a primary standard, the MBW Chilled Mirror hygrometer as our reference. The MKS mass flow controllers and temperature controlled bath are used to produce the dry air and vapour ratio as a calibrated Moisture Generator. Panametrics Microprocessor based hygrometer is used as a secondary reference and for recording of data. Our data is computer generated and tested for both accuracy and repeatability with each moisture probe we receive.
The PISC system is used to generate precise, repeatable levels of water vapour in a carrier gas stream. This primary dew/frost point generation system achieves an accuracy of ±0.2°C within a continuously adjustable range. Calibration is a critical element to ensuring instruments are performing to expectations.
Probe data will be stored on our computers and a graph of the last data and the present data will be produced to show the probe data deviation between calibrations.
